Shipping, lead times & import charges

U.S.-stock and overseas-sourced items have different lead times. If this item must ship from Japan or another country, supplier processing, international transit and customs clearance can extend delivery. Link G4X WRX104X ECU for Subaru WRX V10

The Link WRX104X (224-4000) is a plug-in ECU for supported 2004-2006 Subaru WRX V10 applications with a GD/GG chassis and EJ25 engine. It uses the factory ECU location, mounts, wiring loom and connectors for the specified application.

Confirm the connector before ordering

  • Manual-transmission applications only.
  • Check pins A1-A3 on the factory ECU connector: wires present means WRX104X (224-4000); empty positions mean WRX107X (225-4000).
  • Some late-2006 vehicles require WRX107X. Do not choose between these ECUs by model year alone; compare the connector with Link's product photo.
  • This model has built-in electronic-throttle (drive-by-wire) control.
