These terms support the discretionary Price Match Request version. All details below are proposed for owner approval.

Eligibility and timing

Submit your request before purchasing. We review current offers in U.S. dollars from established, verifiable, manufacturer-authorized U.S. dealers selling directly through their own stores or websites. The item must be the same brand, manufacturer part number, revision, configuration, size, color, quantity and package contents. It must be new and genuine, with equivalent manufacturer warranty eligibility.

The competitor must have the requested quantity in stock and available for immediate shipment. The item must also be available for Race Club to supply. Supplier drop-shipping may qualify when stock and dispatch availability are confirmed. Preorders, backorders and made-to-order items do not qualify.

How prices are compared

We compare the total delivered price before sales tax for the same quantity, delivery destination and comparable shipping service. Include shipping, handling, freight, residential or liftgate charges when required, and any other mandatory fees. Refundable core charges and return obligations must be equivalent and shown separately. Optional warranties and optional services are excluded.

The proposed standard program covers delivery within the contiguous United States. Freight or oversized shipments require a complete, verifiable delivered quote. A low item price with unknown delivery charges is insufficient for approval. Taxes are calculated normally for the Race Club purchase and are not discounted to match a competitor’s tax treatment.

Proof of the offer

Provide a working product link and any checkout evidence needed to verify the complete price. A current written quote may be considered if its seller, part, quantity, availability, charges and validity can be verified. Screenshots or search snippets alone may be insufficient. The offer must still be available at verification.

Excluded offers

Auctions, third-party marketplace listings, unauthorized sellers, counterfeit goods, or unverifiable offers.

Used, refurbished, damaged, open-box, discontinued, clearance, closeout or liquidation goods.

Pricing mistakes; expired offers; another retailer’s price-match result; or unavailable quantities.

Wholesale, trade, employee, membership or loyalty-only pricing; personalized or one-time coupon offers; rebates, cashback, financing incentives or later store credit.

Bundles, gifts with purchase, multi-buy offers, or offers requiring another purchase. Standard manufacturer kits qualify only when all contents are identical.

Discount-code offers under the proposed launch policy. An ordinary current public sale price may be reviewed if every other condition is met.

Custom work, installation, services, extended warranties, protection plans and gift cards.

Approval and manufacturer requirements

Requests are reviewed individually and a match is not guaranteed. Approval depends on verification, availability, our costs and applicable manufacturer or dealer requirements. We may decline a request or offer a different price. We will confirm any approved price, quantity, delivery charges and quote expiry before purchase.

Some manufacturers restrict advertised pricing, promotions or sales. Those restrictions may prevent a match. Approval of a request does not override an applicable restriction. We do not treat a private quote, cart discount, coupon or bundled benefit as automatically exempt.

Using an approved match

An approved match applies only to the specific item, configuration and quantity in the quote, through its stated expiry. It cannot be combined with another Race Club discount, coupon or promotional credit on the same item. Eligibility for promotions on other items follows the terms of those promotions. Gift cards used as payment are not themselves a promotional discount.

This proposed program provides no retroactive price adjustments for completed purchases. Existing warranty, cancellation and return terms continue to apply. A request does not reserve stock. Any change to the item, quantity, destination or shipping service requires a revised quote before purchase.

Program changes apply to future requests. They do not silently rewrite an already accepted customer order or a written commitment. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
