U.S.-stock and overseas-sourced items have different lead times. Race Club's vehicle-specific hood pin mounting kit for the BMW 3 Series E36 and E46, all model years. Designed to provide a matched left/right pair of hood pin support brackets and mounting hardware for BMW motorsports builds.

Choose your kit

  • Brackets and Hardware Only — $60: A pair of Race Club mounting brackets with the associated mounting hardware. Hood-mounted latches are not included.
  • With AeroCatch Latches — $150: The same pair of Race Club brackets and hardware, plus a pair of black AeroCatch hood latches.

Vehicle fitment

  • BMW E36: All model years.
  • BMW E46: All model years.

Installation requires careful hood alignment and drilling/cutting for the latch openings. Confirm clearances on vehicles with aftermarket hoods, modified radiator supports, or relocated front-end components. Professional installation recommended.

Shipping: The brackets, hardware, and optional AeroCatch latches fit together in one protective padded bubble mailer. Shipping weights used for the two kit configurations are 3 lb (brackets/hardware) and 4 lb (including AeroCatch latches). Shipping is additional.

Photos: Installed photographs show an E46 with the optional AeroCatch latches; E36 fitment is also supported. For the $60 option, AeroCatch latches are not included. Prices exclude installation. Motorsports/off-highway application.
