The Link G4X BMWLink E36X (manufacturer SKU 201-4000) is a plug-in ECU for BMW E36 vehicles with the M50TUB25 engine and factory Bosch M3.3.1 ECU. It uses the original ECU wiring and connectors in supported applications.

Check before ordering

  • Verify the engine code, original Bosch ECU and connector layout. An E36 chassis alone does not establish compatibility.
  • Link lists support for both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • An onboard MAP sensor is included.
  • Electronic throttle requires an ECU modification before use; confirm this with your installer before ordering.
