Collection: Line Separators

Choose the correct line separator

This collection includes billet line-separator brackets, hose separators and a rubber-cushioned P-clamp. Use the exact manufacturer part number and measured line outside diameter rather than choosing by appearance or nominal AN size alone.

Before ordering, confirm the outside diameter of every hose, hard line or cable being supported; single-line versus dual-line layout; equal-size or mixed-size bores; separator or P-clamp style; mounting-hole and fastener requirements; bracket thickness and surrounding clearance; line material and manufacturer-supported clamp compression; and the quantity included with that part number. Hose outside diameter can vary by construction and manufacturer even when the nominal line size is the same.

Plan enough support to keep lines away from exhaust heat, sharp edges, steering, suspension and rotating parts without crushing or preloading the line. A separator does not replace a bulkhead fitting, grommet or other abrasion protection where a line passes through a panel. Follow the line and separator manufacturers’ installation guidance.

Browse Fittings, or contact Race Club with the part number, measured outside diameter, line type and routing layout for help matching the hardware.
