Choose the right coolant fill neck

This collection includes vehicle-specific coolant-fill inlets, engine water-outlet and manifold housings, bolt-on and inline filler necks, and weld-on necks for custom cooling systems. Start with the exact manufacturer part number and intended installation type.

Before ordering, verify the vehicle year, make, model, chassis and engine where applicable; bolt pattern, gasket or O-ring interface; tube or hose inlet and outlet size or AN thread; radiator-cap standard, seat and manufacturer-supported pressure rating; overflow, bleed or sensor ports; installed height and hood or service clearance; material and required welding process; and whether the cap, fittings and mounting hardware are included. A similar diameter does not establish cap or cooling-system compatibility.

Use the manufacturer’s current instructions for routing, fill-point position, sealing, pressure testing and coolant service. A filler neck does not correct an undersized radiator, trapped air, leaks, a failed cap or another cooling-system fault.
